Its Always Your Choice To Choose Positivity

Dont-worry-be-happy

We all have negativity in our lives.

It comes in all shapes and sizes.

The most prevalent are the people we interact with daily.

People who throw us their negativity through complaint;

everything that comes from their mouth is negative.

They have nothing nice to say about anything or anyone.

They do everything in their power to bring us down.

If we let it, this can completely drain the energy from us,

but that is our choice to turn over our power to them.

Keep your energy inside yourself by voicing how their attitude

and words make you feel.

Tell them that you appreciate their opinion but realize its just that,

their opinion.

Once you let their approach into your mind, you start to take on

their attitude and that’s when their negativity can get to you.

Don’t allow others to influence how your day is going to go.

Decide to be happy and JUST BE.

Decide to be positive and JUST BE.

These people will realize that you have conquered their attitude

and approach to their life and eventually they will move on.

Remember “misery loves company” so if you aren’t miserable

then the ones who are, will need to find a new home.

My childhood was traumatic, and as a consequence I was a very negative, abrasive teen. After I tried to “end it all” at 15 and saw that God had a plan for me, something changed inside of me. I’ve always had a giving spirit, and as I progressed through college, I delighted in helping others and making people smile. Now, at 31, I am rich in the spirit and spreading positivity. Sure, I have my days when I’m a grinch, but I just stay to myself until it passes. Nobody should have the right to destroy someone else’s cheer with a nasty attitude. Loved this post and was compelled to write this long comment. Be blessed. ;-)
